Wedding Day Emergency Kit Checklist

An emergency kit is essential. Assemble it a week before the wedding. Ask a bridesmaid to carry it. Essentials include: sewing kit (safety pins, needle, thread, extra buttons), stain remover, blotting papers, breath mints, tissues, pain reliever, antacids, bandages, deodorant, bobby pins, hairspray, lipstick or lip gloss, and a nail file. For outdoor weddings, add bug spray, sunscreen, a fan, and a blanket. For winter weddings, add hand warmers, an umbrella, and a shawl. Keep a phone charger. Designate someone to have a portable charger. Keep an extra pair of comfortable shoes. You will want to change out of your heels. Keep snacks for the wedding party. Hangry people are not fun. The most important item is a positive attitude.
